Cancellation Policy

Welcome and Thank you for choosing Top Secret Beauty! Feel free to explore our Appointment website! All appointments are performed by students and supervised by licensed instructors.Appointment Policies: All Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Negotiable Each Service will require a deposit non-refundable scheduling fee. The deposit will go directly towards your total service. Deposit are due at time of scheduling! No Exceptions! (Debit Card)- can be pull off card you are entering to schedule your appointment, with your permission. (Cash)- can be dropped off. Cash app will no longer be allowed for payment. CANCELLATIONS: Please be respectful of our time and other clients time and give at least 72hrs notice before any cancellations. If you cannot make your Appointment, please notify us a minimum of 72 hours in advance so that your deposit can be credited to your next service. (This will not apply to same day cancellation, No Shows, or client missing an appointment due to lateness. If we are not notified within 72hrs, deposits will not be credited to your Next Service.(You will have to reschedule another appointment with deposit required). The Remaining Balance must be paid by Zelle, Cash or Debit. (No Kids or Guest Unless It's Confirmed) (No Refunds) (Products are available for Purchase) NO CALL/NO SHOW: Any Clients or Future clients who fails to make their appointment will be notified to reschedule their appointment and will be charge 30% of Service and they will lose their scheduling fee. When the client would like to schedule appointment again, they will pay deposit again. If the card is declined of the 30%, the only way you will be able to schedule again is if you pay the 30% and your deposit fee. TARDINESS: As things may happen in life, you will have a 10min grace period. Please let us know if you will be running late before your appointment. STRICT LATE POLICY: If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be canceled, and you will have to reschedule appointment.
